Telegesis AT Command

We work with Longloria to support former Telegesis AT command firmware on the MG21 USB dongles. The AT command firmware solutions are based on Telegesis AT command R308/R309/ and the Home Automation Combined Interface/ CICIE source code, which saves time for ETRX357-based AT command users in updating their system while adopting EFR32 platforms.
